M& E contracts typically require the cleaning and certification of ductwork prior to the official handover to their clients.

The most common duct cleaning standard is TR19, however, depending on the end user client some projects require additional testing such as Dust or Microbiological sampling.

Typical examples of Dust and Microbiological testing are for building dust and faeces from birds and rodents within hospital environments.
