FM Cleaning Services have formed the core of our business at Perfect Service Solutions since 2006.

The majority of our clients come from within the FM sector and we are proud to be a trusted partner of household brands such as Mitie, Sodexo, Arthur Mackay and FES Group.

The FM sites we support are truly nationwide ranging from Portsmouth in the south, to Inverness in the north.

We do this via a fleet of over 30 vans which we are in the process of converting to all electric as part of a company wide sustainability drive.

Duct Cleaning Documentation and Certification

A new standard goes further than the more widely recognised TR19 regulation used by the Building Engineering Services Association (BESA).

Automated Reporting

Many FM contractors are required to pass on details on the inspection and cleaning of ductwork to their own clients.

In order to reduce delays and ensure conformity we have developed our own digital app. The app captures details straight from the site and speeds up the reporting process whilst ensuring increased accuracy of the data.

Fire Damper Testing

In addition to Duct Cleaning we provide Fire Damper Testing to as part of our service to Facilities Maintenance contractors.

Our trained technicians inspect, service and perform drop tests on Fire Dampers in line with BS 9999:2017.

We provide written records and photographic evidence after every test, to help you conform with the relevant regulations and insurance requirements.
